The Ask
How do we increase our revenue to ₹15L a month? They were making around ₹3L a month at this time.

The Challenge
They had to bring in more new customers quickly to increase revenue. To achieve this, they needed a robust online presence that would bring in cold audiences and a strategic paid ads campaign to increase overall sales and achieve 10X revenue.

Our Solution
We came up with a creative paid Meta and Google Ads campaign. The content focused on showcasing the varieties of products and identifying winners among them. We scaled the campaigns with the winners, bringing in 10X revenue.

We implemented the same thinking of “Scale what works and eliminate what doesn’t” to creatives and content. Tested, identified winners, and scaled them.

This combination of scaling the winners of both products and creatives brought exponential growth, peaking at 22 ROAS and making around ₹22L per month.

Meta Ads Result

  • Revenue at onboarding: ~₹3L/month

  • Revenue after 3 months: ~₹22L/month

  • Strategy: Winning product identification, target audience testing, creative testing, festive season offers, scaling winners

  • Sustained revenue with Organic Branding (UGC Reels) → Maintained ROAS 18–19 throughout Q1–Q3 2024
